An ENgage assigned secretary, chairperson, treasurer or vice chairperson can update all
committee roles in ENgage by following these instructions:
- Log into ENgage
- In the My Organisations box, select the thumbnail next to your organisation’s name
- In the 3x3 grid of squares in the top left select Organisational Profile
- Click Committee Roles from the menu on the left-hand side
- Identify the required committee role and select Not Allocated
- Type in the individual's first and last name
- Click Search
- Select the person
- Click Save
Note: In order for an individual to be allocated a committee role, they must exist in the
organisations directory (i.e. be linked to the organisation and appear under the People section).
